Sonnheim Retirement centre is situated at 268 Hamilton Street, between Pretorius and Schoeman Street, Arcadia, Pretoria.  It is very close to Hospitals, the Eye Institute, Hearing centre, Pharmacies, various banks and shopping centres. 

 

A Service bus is available to transport residents to and from shopping centres.

 

Undercover parking is also available for tenants and owners.

About us

Sonnheim Retirement centre was established in 1982 and since then managed by a Management committee that consists of a General Manager, Directors and a Secretary. The Directors are nominated and voted for by the owners (shareholders). 

Sonnheim Retirement centre is a non-profitable shareholder company.

 

 

A variety and different sizes of single- and double units are available for rent or for sale.  A shareholder certificate will be issued to every new owner. 

Atmosphere

 

The atmosphere at Sonnheim retirement centre can at times be compared to an atmosphere that can be found at idyllic places as the picture above.

The beautiful Retirement centre is fully restored and its luxurious inner space, gardens and all-under-one-roof-facility has given a safe, warm and personal home to many senior citizens through the years.  The residents of Sonnheim live in a warm, and homely atmosphere where a variety of social functions are held.
